أعلن مدون في تويتر يدعى OatmealDome عبر تدوينة عن إمكانية إصدار نينتندو لتحديث جديد يدعم تشغيل الصوت بالبلوتوث
ودعم المدون المذكون فرضيته بسعي نينتندو لصنع أكسسوار جديد عبارة عن يد زرقاء شبيهة بيد تحكم السويتش الحالية تدعم هذه الخاصية
هذا ولم تفصح نينتندو عن أي جديد لحد الساعة بهذا الخصوص
يذكر أن السويتش صدرت سنة 2017 وباعت أزيد من 80 مليون وحدة متجاوزة بذلك 3DS
