استحوذت مايكروسوفت رسميا على Activision Blizzard في صفقة تمت بحوالي 69 مليار دولار.
الصفقة نقلت بشكل رسمي مجموعة من الألعاب الحصرية للشركة لمايكروسوفت بشكل أوتوماتيكي.
